To me, freedom means being able to express myself and pursue my dreams. I dedicate my freedom to my parents because of all the hardships and sacrifices that they did to ensure I had every opportunity they did not have growing up.

Freedom to me means advocating for farmworkers on Capitol Hill, inspired by my immigrant parents. My first visit to NYC has been a thrilling experience. This internship has given me a new perspective on life.
