NMSHSA Event Registration

Instructions

Follow these instructions to register to the 2025 NMSHSA Annual Conference and the NMSHSA California Conference.

1. Invoice

Download and complete the invoice, including individual participants and, if corresponds, information about the person completing forms and paying by credit card. The invoice is optional for individual registrants paying with their own credit cards.

2. Complete Registration

Complete the registration form for each individual participant. Note that each conference has a separate registration form.

3. Payment

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the event start date will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. After that date no refunds will be given.
