Vaccine Project
Listening to voices and personal testimonials from the fields resulted in the coming together of some of the strongest and most trusted partners specifically advocating for the farmworker community. Together, they developed Campesinos Apoyando Campesinos to compile and share what is true and accurate. This coalition of individuals and agencies is working to enhance farmworker health by dispelling myths, addressing concerns, and encouraging vaccinations among migrant or seasonal farmworkers and their extended communities.
Providing COVID-19 vaccines directly to this difficult-to-reach community results in a safe, secure, and un-interrupted American food chain and vibrant agricultural economy.
